Banana Peanut Butter Frozen Yoghurt
Enjoy this banana peanut butter frozen yogurt that doesnt need to be churned. It tastes great when you mix ripe bananas, smooth peanut butter, and sour Greek yogurt with honey and vanilla extract to make it sweet. For an extra crunch, you can add chopped peanuts if you want to.
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped peanuts optional
Instructions:
Mash the bananas and mix them with the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract in a bowl
Mix until everything is smooth and well mixed
You can add chopped peanuts for extra texture if you want to
Spread the mixture out evenly in a container that can go in the freezer
Add a lid or plastic wrap to the jar and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until the food is firm
Put the banana peanut butter frozen yogurt in bowls or cones after its frozen and enjoy
