Gluten-Free Green Bean Casserole

A gluten-free twist on the classic green bean casserole, perfect for holiday gatherings or weeknight dinners. Creamy and flavorful with a crunchy topping, its sure to be a hit with the whole family

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans 14
  • 5 oz each gluten-free cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 cups fresh green beans, trimmed and halved
  • 1 1/2 cups gluten-free fried onions Frenchs or homemade

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 175F 350C

Add almond milk, minced garlic, onion powder, black pepper, and salt to a large bowl

Use a whisk to mix the ingredients together

The green beans should be added to the bowl and mixed in well

Put the mixture in a baking dish that has been greased

Put foil over it and bake for 25 minutes

Take off the foil and top with fried onions

Bake for another 5 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and the onions are golden brown

Let it cool down a bit before you serve
