Mushroom Stroganoff Pasta
You can enjoy Mushroom Stroganoff Pasta, which has soft fettuccine noodles covered in a delicious sauce made with mushrooms, onions, garlic, and sour cream. This dish will make you feel good on a cold night or any other time you want a hearty meal.
Ingredients:
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Follow the directions on the package to cook fettuccine
Remove the water and set it aside
Warm up the olive oil in a big pan over medium-low heat
When you add the chopped onion and garlic, cook them until they get soft
Put in the sliced mushrooms and cook them until they start to brown and give off their water
Add the paprika to the mushrooms and mix them in
Add the vegetable broth and cook until its almost gone
Turn down the heat and mix in the sour cream until everything is well mixed
Add pepper and salt to taste
Toss the cooked fettuccine pasta in the creamy mushroom sauce after adding it to the pan
Serve hot with chopped parsley on top
