Peanut Butter Cup Cookie Cupcakes

Combine the classic flavors of peanut butter and chocolate in these adorable cookie cupcakes with a surprise mini peanut butter cup center. A perfect treat for any occasion

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 12 mini peanut butter cups, unwrapped
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 350 F 175C and put cupcake liners in a muffin tin

Mix the peanut butter, sugar, and egg together in a bowl until everything is well mixed

A tablespoon of the peanut butter mix should be put into each cupcake liner

In the middle of each peanut butter mixture, press a mini peanut butter cup that has not been wrapped

After the oven is hot, bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown

Take the muffins out of the oven and let them cool in the tin for a few minutes

In 20-second bursts, stir the chocolate chips around in the microwave until the mixture is smooth

Put the chocolate that has been melted on top of the peanut butter cup cookie cupcakes

Wait until the chocolate is set before you serve it
