Pumpkin Cake Pops
Ingredients:
- 1 box of pumpkin cake mix
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- 1 cup cream cheese frosting
- 1 package white chocolate melting wafers
- Orange food coloring
- Cake pop sticks
- Fall-themed sprinkles
Instructions:
As directed by the cake mix, preheat the oven
Pumpkin spice, eggs, vegetable oil, canned pumpkin, and pumpkin cake mix should all be combined in a big bowl
Blend until thoroughly blended
As instructed on the box, pour the batter into a cake pan that has been greased
Allow it to cool fully
In a large mixing bowl, crumble the cooled cake into fine crumbs
Once the mixture resembles dough, add the cream cheese frosting and stir it into the cake crumbs
Small portions of the mixture should be scooped out and formed into cake balls
Transfer them to a tray lined with parchment
In the microwave, melt the white chocolate wafers, stirring every 30 seconds to ensure smoothness
To make the color pumpkin, add some orange food coloring
Each cake pop stick should have its tip dipped in melted chocolate before being inserted into a cake ball
Give it a few minutes to settle
Make sure every cake pop is completely covered by dipping it into the melted chocolate
Let the dripping chocolate fall off
While the chocolate is still wet, decorate with sprinkles featuring autumnal themes
Give the cake pops time to fully set
