This Avocado, Kale, and Raspberry Smoothie Bowl is not only packed with vitamins and antioxidants but also a delightful treat for your taste buds. Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 cups fresh kale leaves, stems removed
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional
  • Toppings: sliced bananas, fresh raspberries, chia seeds, granola

Instructions:

Put the banana, Greek yogurt, frozen raspberries, fresh kale leaves, honey if you want, and a ripe avocado into a blender

If you need to, add more almond milk to get the consistency you want

Blend until smooth and creamy

Get a bowl and pour the smoothie in it

Add granola, sliced bananas, fresh raspberries, chia seeds, and a sprinkle of cinnamon on top to make it look and taste better
