Chicken Pot Pie Crumble

Chicken Pot Pie Crumble is a comforting and hearty dish that combines tender chicken, mixed vegetables, and a creamy filling topped with a buttery crumble crust. Its a perfect meal for a cozy dinner or a gathering with friends and family.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can 10
  • 5 oz condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375F 190C

In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, milk, salt, pepper, thyme, and garlic powder

Mix well

Transfer the mixture into a baking dish

In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt

Cut in cold cubed butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs

Sprinkle the crumb mixture evenly over the chicken mixture in the baking dish

Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbly

Let it cool for a few minutes before serving
