Double Chocolate Zucchini Muffin Smoothie

This smoothie recipe lets you enjoy the tastes of double chocolate zucchini muffins in a better way. It is a great way to eat more vegetables while still giving in to your chocolate cravings.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup shredded zucchini
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions:

Place shredded zucchini, chocolate chips, cocoa powder, and rolled oats in a blender

Add Greek yogurt, banana, and almond milk to the blender

If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, you can add honey at this point

Add ice cubes if you want a colder and thicker consistency

Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy
