Ultimate Breakfast Burrito with Beef

Enjoy a hearty breakfast burrito made with ground beef, scrambled eggs, vegetables, cheese, and salsa all wrapped up in a warm flour tortilla with this ultimate breakfast burrito recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 6 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions:

Warm up the olive oil in a big pan over medium-low heat

Dice the bell pepper and onion

About 5 minutes of cooking will soften the food

Put ground beef in the pan

Cook until everything is done and browned

Add eggs, milk, salt, and pepper to a bowl and mix them together using a whisk

Put the egg mix into the pan with the vegetables and beef

Stir the eggs every so often while cooking until they are scrambled and fully cooked

You can use a different pan or the microwave to warm up the tortillas

Spread the beef and egg mix out evenly on each tortilla

Put salsa and shredded cheese on top of each one

Fold the sides in as you roll the tortillas up to make a tight roll

You can serve it right away or wrap it in foil and take it with you for breakfast
