With this easy recipe, you can make a delicious dish with potatoes you grow yourself. You can eat it as a side dish or as the main course Ingredients: 1 kg homegrown potatoes, washed and peeled 3 tablespoons olive oil 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 teaspoon paprika Salt and pepper to taste Chopped parsley for garnish Instructions: Warm the oven up to 400F 200C Make potato cubes that are small enough to eat Add olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper to a bowl Toss the potatoes so that they are evenly covered Put the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer Flip the potatoes over halfway through the 25 to 30 minutes of baking, or until they are golden brown and crispy Add chopped parsley as a garnish before serving
