Buffalo Potato Wedges

Buffalo sauce makes regular potato wedges spicy and tasty, which makes them great for a Super Bowl appetizer or party snack.

Ingredients:

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 425F 220C

Clean the potatoes and cut them into wedges

Butter and buffalo sauce should be mixed in a bowl

Toss the potato wedges in the buffalo sauce mix so that they are evenly covered

Put the wedges on a baking sheet that has parchment paper on it

Add pepper and salt

Flip the potatoes over halfway through the 25 to 30 minutes of baking, or until they are golden and crispy

Do not cool

Serve hot with blue cheese or ranch dressing
