How to Make Caramel Cake: Heaven on a Plate - That Susan Williams

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegan caramel sauce
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 175F 350C
A 9x9-inch pan should be greased and floured
Mix the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl with a whisk
Adding water, vinegar, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients will make them better
Mix until its smooth
Put the batter into the pan that has been prepared
In a hot oven, bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean
Place the cake pan on a wire rack to cool
Take it out of the pan when its cool
Poke holes in the cakes top all over with a skewer or fork
Put vegan caramel sauce on top of the cake and let it soak into the holes
This will cover the cakes top
