Avo Bagel Sandwich
This avocado bagel sandwich is tasty and good for you. Its great for breakfast, brunch, or a light lunch. The salty smoked salmon goes well with the creamy avocado, and the crunch of the red onion and tomato is a nice change. Its very easy to make and tastes great
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado, mashed
- 2 bagels, sliced and toasted
- 4 slices of smoked salmon
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 2 tablespoons of cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Put the mashed avocado, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl
Toast two bagel halves and spread cream cheese on one side of each one
Spread the mashed avocado over the cream cheese on each half of the bagel in an even layer
On top of the avocado, put slices of smoked salmon, red onion, and tomato
Put the other half of the bagel on top to make a sandwich
Serve right away and enjoy
