Detox Salad

A tasty and healthy salad that is full of antioxidants and good things for you. Great for a healthy meal or a detox.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 cup goat cheese, crumbled

Instructions:

Make sure to wash and rinse everything

The broccoli florets should be broken up into small pieces

Put the blueberries, broccoli, walnuts, pomegranate seeds, and goat cheese in a large salad bowl

Gently toss the ingredients together to make sure they are all mixed in

Serve right away or put in the fridge to use later
